At EMCR, we strive to provide the best service possible. We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we aim to accommodate our customers as much as possible. Please review our refund policy below:
1. Cancellation Policy:
- 24-Hour Cancellation: You may cancel your reservation within 24 hours of making your deposit and receive a full refund. This allows you to make changes without any financial penalty.
- After 24 Hours: If you cancel your reservation after the initial 24-hour period, 50% of the deposit will be forfeited.
- After 48 Hours: If you cancel your reservation after the initial 48-hour period, 100% of the deposit will be forfeited. This policy is in place to ensure reservation commitments and administrative efficiency.
2. No-Show Policy:
- If you do not show up for your reservation and fail to notify us within 1 hour of the scheduled time, your deposit will be forfeited. This ensures that we can manage our resources effectively and accommodate other customers. If you are a no-call, no-show you forfeit 100% of your deposit, we only allow a 1 hour grace period after the reservation’s scheduled time. After 1 hour, the refund will be forfeited and if you want to rent again, another deposit of $1000 will be charged.
3. Payment Failure:
- If, upon our arrival, you are unable to complete the payment for the rental, your deposit will be forfeited. This policy ensures that our scheduling and resources are managed efficiently.
4. Company Cancellations:
- The only circumstance under which you will receive a refund is if we cancel the reservation. In such cases, a full refund will be provided, regardless of the time frame.
5. Deposit Refunds:
- Upon return of the vehicle, the Lessor will conduct an inspection within a reasonable timeframe. The Renter acknowledges that the duration of the inspection process and the timing of refund processing are at the sole discretion of the Lessor.
- Deposit refunds and any applicable fees or charges shall be processed within 24 hours following the inspection of the vehicle upon return. The inspection will assess the condition of the vehicle and verify compliance with the terms of the rental agreement.
- Any deductions from the deposit refund, if applicable, shall be communicated to the Renter in writing, along with an itemized breakdown of the deductions.
6. Process for Requesting a Refund:
- To request a cancellation and refund within the 24-48 hour window, please contact our customer service team at info@exoticmiamirental.com. We will process your refund promptly and notify you once the cancellation is complete.
- For cancellations after the 24-48 hour period, please also contact our customer service team. While the deposit is non-refundable after this period, we will assist you with any other concerns or questions you may have.
7. Non-Refundable Fees:
- Please note that certain fees, such as processing fees for credit card transactions or foreign card transactions, are non-refundable once the transaction has been completed.
